Getting started

How do we start a demo?

Use the “Book a demo” form. We’ll ask about your marketplaces, order volume and modules, then tailor the walkthrough.

What data do you need for onboarding?

Typically: marketplace(s), account setup, basic catalog and operational settings. We aim for data-minimization and only request what’s necessary.

Integrations

Do you integrate with Amazon?

Placeholder: confirm your integration method (e.g., Amazon SP-API) and list the permissions/scopes you request.

Do you support multiple marketplaces and accounts?

Yes. The product is designed for teams managing multiple stores and marketplaces (specific limits depend on plan).

Compliance & privacy

Do you load analytics by default?

No. Analytics (GA4) only loads after consent. You can change your preference anytime via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

How long do you retain demo form submissions?

Placeholder: define a clear retention window (e.g., 12–24 months) and document it in the Privacy Policy.

Do you sell or share personal information?

This demo site does not enable ad pixels by default, reducing “sell/share” complexity. Confirm your actual downstream processors in your privacy documentation.
